Online Classes

Live ZOOM Classes

Join from your space in real time

Live-online classes are offered in real time with a live teacher and other students connecting virtually through ZOOM video conferencing software. Zoom is free to download and can be accessed through a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

As we know, Live online classes became so popular due to Covid 19 outbreak forcing us to stay at home and keep social distancing. Of course, frontal classes with a teacher would still be the ideal way of learning and practicing yoga, however, online classes carry some pros as well. We can practice more frequently, utilizing our home space to our benefit such as using the wall. And of course, we can practice from anywhere in the world even if our teacher is in another country! It’s very important to arrange your space at home in advance, with attention to details, so the teacher can see and adjust you during the class. Please scroll down for detailed guidelines to prepare your practice space

Our online Zoom classes schedule is available above. If you are not sure which class level to join please visit New Students page, and/or contact us.

Guidelines to prepare a space at your home

The digital quality

A wide screen and a speaker is a MUST – don’t use your mobile phone it’s too small.

Set up the camera on a high support (higher than a table) angled slightly down at the floor, far enough from your practice space so the teacher can have a good view at you either standing or sitting.

Tune the light properly.

The Space

Find an airy corner at your home preferably with a free wall space. There should be enough space for a yoga mat and the option to use the wall during the practice (for example for inversions and standing poses).

Set Up and connect 10 minutes before the class starts to test the video and audio.

Put your phone on silence as if you are in a class at the studio so you will not be distracted. Mute yourself as soon as you connect.

Prop yourself

 (priority from high to low):

Yoga Mat (preferably 5 m’m)

2 belts

2 bricks

4 foam blocks

A bolster

3 Wool blankets

A yoga chair
